Move-In Day

So this is our first year managing the Oak Tree and Acorn apartments in Ephraim, Utah, where most of our tenants are students at Snow College. Saturday, August 18, 2012 was "Move-In Day". The owners came down from their home in Salt Lake City to help us get through. We had NO idea what to expect!
All in all, it was a FUN day! We got to meet some GREAT people, like the Collins family, who had grandmas, grandpas, cousins, parents and siblings all here to see Miss Whitney off to the next phase of her life!
This is a classic. Jose and Matt could NOT be more different from each other. They both lived here all summer, so we got to know them pretty well. Matt is a master chef and Jose is a friend to everyone he meets.
Ah.. the Boys of Summer:) Zak left us to go to SUU, but Jose and Robert are still hanging around this Fall:)
The owner and manager spicing up the wall for Kelly and Megan
Kyle was celebrating his birthday on the 18th:) Happy Birthday Kyle!
Highlight of our day... this guy stopped by and asked us if we would rent him a room for the evening. He went to the car and got his ukelele and serenaded us with a few classic tunes, so we let him stay. lol.
Woohoo! The first ever volleyball net at Oak Tree and Acorn is almost ready!! Thanks Jose and Ken:)
